Synopsis: Murugan is a poor illiterate fisherman residing in a small coastal village whose biggest dream is to visit Goa, and decides to take a solo trip to Goa. But he is unable to communicate with anyone in Goa as he doesn’t speak any other language except Malayalam. Also, at this time in Goa is John Mathew Mathan, a renowned writer who had won the Man Booker prize. John and Murugan come across each other. The innocence of Murugan catches the author’s attention & together they go on a journey exploring Goa.
